The Sunset Steak Breakfast Ride will take you on a relaxing ride around the mountain just before sunrise. As you descend behind the mountain, the sun will begin to set over your shoulder, casting a breathtaking view on the Sheep Mountain Range, making them look like a painting from a movie scene. Listen to the sounds of nature and on occasion the howl of coyotes in the distance. You'll feel like you're back in an "Old West" movie or even feel like a pioneer crossing the desert of long ago. As you head toward the North you'll gradually see the view of the city as the lights creep across the valley floor, as the sun continues to set behind the mountains. As you make your final turn toward the Ranch, high on the ridge you will see the glittering lights of the city; it will be dark enough to see the whole strip. Nearing the end of your ride, you'll be in the dark stillness of the desert night, far away from the hustle of the street with only the sounds of horse hooves on the ground and possibly a serenade of coyotes and in the distance you will see the glow of the campfire at the Ranch. When your ride is completed the friendly staff will serve you a mouth watering dinner of Barbequed Steak or chicken, cooked to your liking, baked potato with sour cream and butter, tossed green salad, juicy corn on the cob, fluffy rolls, soda pop and water and to top it all off a tasty dessert of pie and coffee around the fire.
