Bill Engvall started his comedy career at the Dallas Comedy Corner. In 1992 he won the American Comedy Awards "Comic of the Year". On April 2004 Engvall released 6 cds of his live comedy "Here's Your Sign", "Dorkfish", "Now That's Awesome", "Cheap Drunk: An Autobiography", "Here's Your Christmas Album" and "Here's Your Sign: Reloaded". Bill Engvall, along with comedian Jeff Foxworthy, Ron White and Larry the Cable Guy appeared together on the "Blue Collar Comedy Tour" which became the highest grossing comedy tour of all time. The tour was turned into a movie, which also became the highest rated movie ever aired on Comedy Central. Bill Engvall has appeared on popular TV sitcoms such as; "Designing Women", "Delta" and "The Jeff Foxworthy Show". He has also appeared on the "Tonight Show," A&E's "Evening at the Improv," and the Showtime special "A Pair of Jokers" with Rosie O'Donnel.
