form of sky boxes (with thumbprint-screening access for
members), cabana areas and water booths (where the patent
leather banquettes are actually filled with water). Lavish
special effects throughout the club include intelligent
lighting and electrifying play of water, fire and fog. Rain
will host international headliner acts through SFX/Clear
Channel Communications, the nation's largest concert promoter.
